Natalie Witte

Natalie Witte has a Law degree from UFRJ and a Business Law degree from FGV (Rio de Janeiro). Having more than 15 years of experience as Legal Counsel to tech companies such as Orange Business Services, Mobile and 21212 Digital Accelerator, Natalie is specialized in corporate law, M&A, company regularization, business negotiation and contracts in the fields of digital and tech market to a diverse range of sectors.

She owns a legal consulting practice that helps startups and angel investors in different investment stages, and is a mentor of Shell’s Iniciativa Jovem acceleration program for social and sustainable projects, Founder Institute and BNDES Garagem program.

Natalie is an angel investor in some startups (Previsiown, Alstra, Telllinks, Genoa, Cyberlabs, Justify) and in Ferdinander Brewer (family business). In 2016, she was awarded the Startup Award, the Brazilian entrepreneurship “Oscar”, as the best Legal Counsel. She is the Vice President SMB Law at the local BAR Association in Rio de Janeiro (OAB/RJ) and member of the Entrepreneurship and Startup Legal Aspects commission at OAB/RJ.

In February 2018, she became both an incubator and angel investor of the most promising startup around: her first son!
